Makeup and Hair Services
In studio hair and makeup services are another way to bring value to each session, lashes to the masses and a smiles to client’s faces.
This is also an additional pampering option. When was the last time you did something just for you? The service puts ladies at ease and the refined skills help your natural beauty shine through with camera ready makeup.
If you are choosing this service, remember to make date plans that night with your sweetie or with friends. You will look and feel amazing!
If you choose to do your own hair and makeup, try out new, fun styles on a different day. Sticking to techniques that you know will save you from any surprises after the photos are done and ensure you are comfortable with your look. A little extra powder and coat of mascara goes a long way and try to avoid anything with shimmer or too much shine.
Digital Images
All packages include edited digital images. I stopped listing the number of delivered images on the prices and packages page because clients normally received 2 or 3x more in color and in black and white. In short, you will get a lot of photos.
Products
You might choose to air drop your sweetie a sext image instead of a traditionally printed album, but if you would like private printing, I have options.
My supplier prints at the highest quality and has products that will last a life time.
8x8 albums, 8x10 print boxes and 5x7 print boxes are all $300
Backdrops and Lighting
I am constantly updating my studio with new sets and techniques. If you have ideas for inspiration, send them my way!
On-site Sessions
Consider a session at your home or a hotel. I get so fired up using new spaces in new ways.
Past clients say there is an added level of comfort shooting at home and the images are a sexy, sensual reminder of our time together after the session is done.
Marathons
These are full days dedicated to boudoir sessions. Hair, make-up and a special bonus is included with all packages.
High energy and new sets just for the day can make marathons an addiction!
Couples
The sessions are a lot of fun and the photos are so sexy. Celebrate your anniversary or just because. A great way to capture love in an intimate way with lots of laughter.
What He Should Wear
Bring a suit to be worn in several states of undress by both of you is a favourite of mine. Jeans and t-shirts and underwear with minimal writing, patters and logos
Nudity for the ladies is fine, but men need to keep their underwear on at all times.
Consultations?
Yes! Most clients don’t choose to come in for consultations so the first time we meet is at their session. If you are a little nervous or want to see the studio before your shoot, let me know and we can book a time for you to come in. Phone calls work too.
Payment
Credit and debit are accepted in the studio. GST will be added to your total.
I don’t require a tip, but my lovely makeup artist will appreciate a bonus for all her hard work.
Style Guide
As for outfits, it is really up to you, but I have a few recommendations.
Lingerie
A staple for any boudoir session. Garter sets, negligees and full mesh body suits are great!
If you are concerned a certain part of your body, consider a one piece lingerie item or a sexy slip/ nighty. A sexy robe is great for draping and can be a coverup during set changes.
Many clients shop online, but I have the best luck at La Senza. They have lots of great sales and selection.
Whether you have a big budget or a more modest one, consider thrift stores or raiding a friends closet. Both choices offer unique items for one of a kind images.
If you choose to use what you have, select outfits and lingerie that makes you feel special and bring back the best memories. That joy will show on your face and all over your curves.
Non Boudoir Items
Love your jean jacket? Bring it! Same goes for your Minnesota Vikings jersey or anything else that makes you feel fab. Little black dresses, over sized sweaters and mens dress shirts too!
Big Recommendation
Bring a few options to your shoot and we can narrow it down together. Sometime the best ideas are ones that I don’t see coming. I dare you to surprise me. :)
Accessories
Pack your heels and jewelry if you like, but my focus is on you. I find that flashy items can get distracting in the finished photos.
Items in the studio
I have a few things, but have chosen not to supply outfits generally There is no way that I could stock every outfit, in every style, in every size. Hygiene is also a concern. Besides, you know you best and images that are unique is what this is all about.
What I’ve got on hand - vintage lingerie, furry stole, slips, white sheets (perfect for classic images for any of all ages)
Nudity?
Want to showcase your birthday suit? For ladies, no problem. We will make sure the photos are tasteful and artistic.
Men
As part of a couples session or if you are coming in on your own, there are so many options for your outfits.
Bring a suit, jeans and your Calvin’s. Minimal writing and logos on your undies is best.
Nudity for gentlemen? Not so much. Men need to keep their underwear on at all times.
